Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, we will refuse the return at your cost.
Items marked as"Final Sale"cannot be returned.
A $10 fee is deducted from your return for the use of our label. You can avoid this $10 label fee if you make a replacement order due to an incorrect color, or length, or if there was an issue from Bohyme's end.
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally
You may ship the returns back using your own shipping option, however, we recommend that you send your package with tracking and insurance as Bohyme.com. is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. All liability for the return items shipped by the customer's own method is on the customer.
Regrettably, the original packaging is a prerequisite for eligibility in the return process. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this requirement.
