Hustle + Heart Salon is part of Green Circle Salon which means it recycles 95% of its beauty waste each year to be turned into things, like commercial insulation, bicycles and storm water filtration. A shampoo and conditioner refill bar allows clients to bring back their shampoo and conditioner bottles to be refilled for 15% off. This keeps hundreds of bottles a year out of landfills.

Hustle + Heart Salon uses biodegradable towels and haircare products made with natural, simple formulations. This environmentally friendly salon also cleans with non-toxic products, makes coffee with reusable K-cups and offers guests beverages in glass cups. Their distributors ship packages with soy packing peanuts that disintegrate in water.
