At Bohyme, we value our customers and strive to always fulfill their product needs. Our warehouse is essential to achieving this goal.

Our 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse is designed with temperature regulation to better preserve our hair products. This extra-large location ensures we have a steady supply of all product types, textures, lengths and colors for authorized retailers and hair professionals around the world.

We want to make sure we always have the products clients want, so we do our best to prepare for holiday delays, including Chinese New Year. We also are always ready to react to any unexpected shipping and transportation delays, whether domestic or international, to keep a good flow of products coming to our warehouse. Through the pandemic, we have continued to have a healthy inventory on hand to ensure customers get the products they need.

 How do we do this?

With all the current transportation and shipping issues around the world, we’ve developed new plans and backup plans to ensure we have products on hand for our customers. We want to always make sure our customers’ needs take first priority.

That’s why we divide our shipments, so hair is delivered to us by sea and air. We'll cover the extra shipping costs as long as we can to ensure prices stay fair to the customer. We try very hard to not pass on any extra costs to our valued customers.

At Bohyme, sustaining the natural environment is a core value and extends into our warehouse procedures. We reuse, donate and recycle shipping boxes in creative ways to reduce waste. All pick-up orders are packed in recyclable paper bags. We don’t use any fillers in shipments and our fulfillment team cuts each package to size. This leads to less waste and lower shipping rates for our clients.
